Return Policy



If you purschased your item from a website other than EnsoulMusic.com, contact that website for returns.
If you purchased directly from EnsoulMusic.com, contact us at 1-800-673-1517 or email infor@ensoulmusic.com

A Return Authorization (RA#) is required for all returns.
A 20% restock fee will be deducted for any unauthorized returns or packages returned undelivered.

Customers are encouraged to insure returns for their protection. Items that are damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Merchandise must be in new, unused and resalable condition and returned in the original packaging.
If the product is not returned in the same condition as it was received, you may be subject to a repair charge or a 20% restock fee.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges both ways.

No returns are accepted after 30 days.

Non-Refundable:

CDs, DVDs, books, and strings are non-refundable.

For items with discounted, or free, shipping the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund.

Shipping Damage:
