banjira Sarangi with Fiberglass Case

This Sarangi is carved from one piece of toon wood in India. It is 27 inches long with 3 gut main strings which are bowed & 35 steel sympathic strings. The bone bridge sits atop a goat skin to produce a unique sound. It is decorated with fish inlays & has a semi glass finish. It includes bow, fiberglass case, tuning tool.

SPECIAL NOTE ON STRINGS:

There is no warranty on strings. Manufacturers recommend that you change the strings every 3-4 months. It is always a good idea to keep an extra set of stings to replace any that may break. You should always wipe down your strings with a clean dry cloth after use. If you store your instrument, you should consider changing the strings when you pick it up again.
